I brought my 2003 Camry here after it recently started sputtering and giving problems on acceleration. It was to the point where it was going to stall out on the road and create a very dangerous situation. It also threw a CEL so it was very close to doing just that.
When I limped it to Brake Masters they immediately took care of me and were kind and honest. I was dead certain it was going to be an issue with the fuel pump but these guys pinned it on 2 bad coils. It created misfires and the sputtering I was experiencing.
Within a few hours these guys had my car running better than all the years I've owned it. I'm certain I'll be getting better gas mileage and save even more in the long term with my reliable Camry. This was a big wake up call that I need to be more vigilant about maintaining the car but with my health problems I can no longer do the work myself. I've worked on cars and motorcycles for over 30 years and I'm confident with the crew at Brake Masters to take care of me.
FIVE STARS and zero reservations recommending them to friends and family.
EDIT DECEMBER 2025-Brought my trusty retired Dodge Charger PD car w/185,000 miles here for an oil change and they rightfully pointed out some things that needed critical attention and that I was suspected problems with for months. They also pointed out my belt which is ready to go bad w/cracks. They showed me with clear photos showing that and a leaky water pump before I got stuck.
I’ll be returning within the next couple weeks between my drs appointments and holiday rushes bombarding the place. Still happy with Brake Masters in 2025! 5 Stars

EDIT: I was wrong, most shops won't do brakes without doing rotors as well. Learn to do your own brakes I guess.
Suggested that the rotors had to be replaced when in reality the rust was on the margins, and the area where the brake pads meet the rotor was perfectly smooth and clear. Spent $460 on a $200 job. Dont trust their word, always question them.

The picture you've included is helpful, even without being able to physically inspect and measure the rotor for the radial run out. This determines how much rotor would need to be shaved off, and that amount would determine if the rotor is required. We do and anyone experienced can determine from your picture that the rotor was no longer serviceable due to the rust.
