Thanks to Pat and the guys who looked at my Subaru Forester, making me feel at ease with the status of what is good now (regarding my brake pad status), vs. what will need to be worked on/replaced in the near future (struts)…and above all for quickly and in a most customer-friendly manner, replacing one of my my rear wheel broken lug stud bolts (and accompanying lug nuts)…I definitely now feel like a loyal customer to this Brake Masters as a result of this positive experience and my Forester will be coming back ASAP! Thanks again Pat!Addition: I ended having a good amount of costly but very necessary work done on my Forester (front end alignment, brake pad replacement, synthetic oil change, “turned” the rotors). Once again Pat made me feel at ease and I ended up paying what he initially quoted me.- Matt C
