Rich is so professional and polite. Allowing to find offers and advice to make sure you are safe and secure on the road. There are loan offers to have payments for services reconciled over time, but the prices and labor are understandable and can be lowered on the amout of work being done. I've been at this location twice. First was 9/5/26 to replace parts and services on my Hyundai Santa Fe 2005 to avoid it seizing up, breaking down, or worse that the dealership couldn't due to the year of the vehicle. Today is my second visit for services and parts to have this vehicle I got from a private owner on FB marketplace something I can depend on for a next few years.

Treat customer with respect. Left another break repair facility across the street because the service manager wanted to argue with the customer. Walked in and asked a few questions, service manager produced a quote and applied a military discount to the quote. During the inspection process they provided detailed pictures to show the direction of the repairs.
