Im so grateful for my most recent experience at BrakeMasters on Higley/Queen Creek. I got a quote from the dealership which seemed extremely high so I called this shop to get comparison pricing. The gentleman that answered the phone was so helpful and pleasant. He did tell me I needed to bring the car down for them to look which I did the following day. They were able to give me a quote on the spot, beat the dealership pricing by a long shot and got it done within the same day. The store manager was also so helpful, so kind and very cognizant of my budget and didnt just tack addt'l expenses on to the tab-- I really appreciated that and the service overall. I will be back with my daughter's car!

Omg!!! I almost cried today and I will probably cry on my car ride home. I have only been here Arizona for almost 9 months and I was forced out of over $4000 back in July to get some work done on my vehicle. I was taken advantage of by a place called " Express oil".When they returned my vehicle to me two months later I had some things going on with my car that wasn't wrong with my car before they "fixed" it. However, I stopped into Break Masters today as a walk in they were very busy in the garage but they not only inspected my vehicle but fixed the problem a problem that the other placed not only caused but could have also cost me and my family our lives if I had of kept driving my vehicle under those conditions. They didn't charge me anything to tighten the lose bolts. I really appreciate their dedication to their customers. Bob lol insider (Dustin)at the front desk and the other gentleman really showed great customer service skills and were very informative and attentive as they walked me through what was going on with my vehicle. I am so grateful to these gentlemen I wasn't sure where to take my car to have it fixed because after my experience with the other place it really caused me to have more trust issues with mechanics but Break Masters has me as a customer for life and I will be referring everyone I come into contact with that needs work to this location. I want to point out Cooper, my wife and I took her Mazda 6 in for a simple oil change as I usually do most the work on my vehicles and from the moment we stepped in the door we were greeted with smiling faces and respect which is hard to get now days especially in the auto industry. After dropping off the car I received a call letting me know how very well maintained our vehicle was for our age which was also nice to hear as I feel most shops just want to charge you for everything. He recommended 2 different services for the vehicle and I approved only one of them along with oil change. When we went to pick up vehicle cooper yet again greeted us with the most positive attitude and assured everything was taken care of and we won’t have any issues on the road. This is by far the best Brake masters or any auto shop you can take your car to as the employees here really care about the people who bring there cars in. Thank you Cooper for your positive attitude and my wife and I will forever be bringing our vehicles here for service.
