I’ve been coming to this specific location for a couple years now. I was just there today because the dealership told me my brake fluid was low and out of spec. I called the shop and spoke to Bret. He told to bring the car in and they’ll check it out for me. Well I did. Dustin took care of me. He check to see if my brake pads were low by pulling off my tires and checked the quality of the brake fluid. I was told nothing was wrong and they weren’t going to unnecessarily charge me for a brake fluid flush. You don’t get more honest than that. On top of all this there was no charge.
This just reaffirms my decision to always bring my three vehicles here for service.

Had a great experience today at Brake Masters on Queen Creek and Higley. Planned to come in for an oil change and wound up with an oil change, air filter cleaned, and suspension control arms replaced all within less than 3 hours. Discussion of necessary repairs vs. optional repairs was transparent and honest. I didn't feel pressured or belittled. Pricing was fair. Customer service was top notch. Even the movie choice in the lobby was 👍🏼👍🏼. My thanks to Bret, Dustin, and all the techs for getting the job done right.
