I stopped by the other day because of a charging system light that had come on, I was helped by a gentleman name Tony and he went above and beyond to try to help me. I've had issues with my alternator for the last 2 years. I'm currently on my 3rd alternator since then. Tony pointed out it wasn't an issue with the alternator itself it was an issue with a wire connected to the alternator and tried his best to find me a replacement wire. Unfortunately I wasn't able to leave my vehicle because I wasn't from the area but he explained exactly what I needed and how to temporarily fix it if I have any problem getting back home. I've taken my car to so many places af this point and no one has ever mentioned that to me. It would have been so easy to try to sell me on a whole new harness but he really tried to help me out and I really appreciate his honesty, kindness and effort!

Went here for an oil change and a ac recharge. Joey actually went out his way to show me my front brake that was very low in which I wondered why it was making sounds on that side. Broke down the different pad packages and got myself brakes too👍🏽. Want to thank Joey and the team at BrakeMasters for looking out.

I’ve always been a fan of Brake Masters but this morning was probably my best experience at any location to date. Oil changes are always a pain, I truly hate scheduling them 🥲 -but this spot was easy to book online, had a super comfy lounge area, shout out to the big comfy seats for my sleepy self, and they had me out in 40 minutes! They didn’t try to upsell all sorts of unnecessary services like the dealerships do, plus have the best pricing I can find and a super friendly staff. I’ll for sure be back for my all my car’s needs. I was getting ready to go on a road trip and needed some last minute work done to my GMC truck for my AC and a bad CV axel. Not sure where to go, I decided to contact the Brake Masters by my house to see if this was something they could do and to get a quote. I spoke to the manager Joey Rodriguez and let him know my situation, not only did Joey give me an amazing price but was also able to get me in on the same day. While there, through inspection Joey noticed my front brakes were in desperate need of being replaced and notified me. Me thinking i would need a separate appointment for this due to the time constraint, Joey didn't hesitate to say he could get it all done on the same day. Joey and his team went over and beyond even working after hours to ensure the completion of my truck. I can't thank them enough. Joey and his team are absolutely amazing, from great prices, phenomenal work and excellent customer service, I highly recommend them to anyone. They definitely have a new loyal customer in me.
