I was impressed. I dropped my car off for an inspection. My brakes make a noise when I am backing up. I was prepared to spend at least $500 instead I was told my brakes and rotors are fine. It brings immense comfort knowing how truly honest they are. All to often shops/mechanics are dishonest they could have totally got me for hundreds of dollars and I would have never questioned it. You all made my day. Thank you and I will certainly be bringing my car back!

OMG, Jerel is literally a life saver I came in extremely doomed because I had a recent service SOMEWHERE else that wasn’t Brake Masters and he completely transformed my experience and day for the better. He help me understand what was going wrong with my car. He was not trying to overcharge me. He was very honest and transparent about things that’s needed to ensure that my car was working properly and I will never ever go anywhere if it’s not brake masters they are top-tier car service. They’re literally the blueprint of how a business should be ran. Thank you so much Jerel all jokes aside even if I didn’t have car trouble he’s extremely enjoyable to look at lol tehe. Anyways 10/10 highly recommend!
