I went to Brake Masters for the first time today after my sister-in-law recommended them. I had both of my Audis serviced there, including oil changes and filters. They also offer a complimentary tire rotation.
I decided to stop taking my Audis to AUDI HENDERSON because I felt I had been overcharged there. On my last visit, I was told I needed a new battery, which turned out not to be true. That experience was enough for me to look elsewhere.
I spoke with JC on the phone and was greeted by JOSE. I also met RICHARD, the manager, and SETH, the mechanic. I have to say, these guys are five-star, professional, no-nonsense people. No scams, no unnecessary repairs, and no pressure.
Both of my Audis were serviced professionally, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. I highly recommend Brake Masters and will definitely be a regular customer moving forward.

Exceptional quality service, Rich the service manager was thorough on the initial inspection, took us into the very clean service bay and explained in detail the findings on our Jeep Renegade. He was extremely knowledgeable and offered a reasonable quote ,work was performed in a timely manner. In my opinion i feel this business is honest and reputable and will use them again. Overall the entire staff were friendly and polite. Failed to mention the vehicle was brought in for brakes but during the thorough inspection Rich noticed the water pump was leaking, had this gone unnoticed it would have been a serious problem, and to top it off the vehicle did not need brakes, explaining the measurements, this man saved the day. So HONEST.

First and foremost the staff is great. Rich is an amazing mechanic, employee, and person in general. The techs are also very knowledgable and more than capable of getting the job done. No one likes unexpected and expensive car repairs but the guys will recommend what needs to get done to get your car back on the road (most of all at a reasonable price) 10/10 will recommend. It's hard to find a good, honest, and reasonable mechanic in the Vegas/Henderson area. They work on all of my vehicles and I will continue to take my cars there for repairs. Thank you to all the staff and mechanics at Brake Masters #242!

We had the best experience at this shop today. We came in with an urgent request and the staff was thoughtful, accommodating, and professional. They worked beautifully with the shop next door to handle our dually wheel that had been poorly tightened at another shop and caused irreparable damage to both the studs and wheels. Thank you to Richard and the other staff team members that rallied to get us back on the road. Not only were they helpful, but they communicated with us through the entire process.
