Tim and Richard are great! I not only needed work done at Brake Masters but also 2 new tires next door and they coordinated to get all of it done in one day! The both were great at communication and friendly. Highly recommend this location because of their customer service.

He didn't try to upsell me on my brake service but recommended changing my rear rotors sooner rather than later.The brake mechanic, Tim who serviced my car treated my car as though it was his vehicle. The staff at break master was awesome. They helped Tim went above and beyond to help with the ac issue when the insurance was being difficult and the Manager helped track down parts do the the dealer ships having issue's do to a hack. Thank you all again for the hard work.

We have never been more impressed with a service center! Stopped in for just a quick oil change, just to find out our cars reverse had failed. (Oops) Between Randy and Gavin, they helped us push the car from where it was parked into the garage to complete the work. They also offered to rotate the tires for free with the service. Meanwhile Leah at the front of the shop, was discussing the possibility of how and why this was happening and got on the phone with her mom who happened to work at a dealership to help with the issue. We talked with Leah's mom and made an appointment to drop off later that day. Every moment in that facility was fantastic. Yes, it's a new location so it looks great, very clean, but none of that would have even mattered. We were treated like family. They all saw an issue, they ALL were extremely kind and didn't just leave us to handle it on our own. They took the time and put us on the right path to next steps. At the end of it all, being what it was, we didn't get the oil change because that was possibly something that would have had to be done with the malfunction we were experiencing. They pointed this out once they finished rotating the tires. But when Randy was taking care of us at check out, he would not take anything for payment. Leah, Randy and Gavin - thank you so much for your help and kindness while we were still processing the shock of our vehicle problem. Thank you for being honest and making this oil change trip be the best decision of the day. Will not be taking our car anywhere else for maintenance!Casey Stevens & Adrienne Morel

Wonderful service and great staff! I needed new back brakes and I dropped my car off with no appointment and was able to pick it up a few short hours later! It was nice dealing with an honest staff as well!
