I went into the surprise Brake masters store for an oil change due to the dealer being over a week out for appointments. Yeah, just for an oil change. Anyway, when i went into brake master's they were very nice and got me in right away. both the assistant manager and manager were awesome. we had some personal conversation about life in general and i could see they were real honest and straight forward. Its hard to find someone in customer service that is a " People Person." I got my oil change and was on my way. with the convenience of it being a neighborhood store and the way i was treated. Not just a number.. I'll definately be back

My first time here and let me tell ya….Tara and Dan are flat out AMAZING! They truly care for and about their customers.
