You can act like I wasn't there and that's fine but I was and paid alot of money for you to act like I was never there.. No I won't come back and give you another second of my time.
Over priced. Thought I was paying for more work than what I got.. so thats on me for not paying attention. And no before I get "the auto work can be expensive" response.. I paid $500 for rear brakes.. I went and found out I could get brembo brakes for $300.. I know yall didn't give me that quality of parts.

I met the manager Ken at the windmill location and have since followed him across the valley to every location he has been transferred to including his present location in centennial hills .Ken is professional, honest, and always takes the time to clearly explain what my vehicle needs . Ken always makes the entire process smooth and stress-free, which is something you don’t always find at auto repair shops.
The service was completed in a timely manner, and I felt confident that the work was done right. Ken’s customer service really stands out—he’s knowledgeable, respectful, and genuinely cares about making sure customers feel informed and taken care of.
Because of Ken’s management and attention to detail, I would definitely recommend this Brake Masters location or any brake masters location as long as they are under his leadership. I had an issue that was a little tough to figure out. (The dealership kept my car half the day and sent me away without resolving it, big waste of my time).Brakemasters went through the necessary steps and took the time to figure out the problem. I had a brake system malfunction warning, and I was looking for a reliable shop to inspect and make recommendations for my brakes. At 67,000 miles I knew the brakes probably needed to be attention. I called Brake Masters and Johnathan was very helpful and helped me make an appointment for the next day. He did the inspection the next day and confirmed my front brakes needed replacing. The Rear brakes were fine. He also found my brake fluid very low and in addition made me aware of a severe leak in my coolant tank. He was very honest and quoted me very competitive rates for the work and they offer a military discount. The brakes were fixed, and I had to return the next day for the installation of the replacement coolant tank. Both the brake system and coolant system were flushed and filled with fresh fluid. This is a place where you hear the words and the sincerity. I was even invited into the garage to look at and inspect the parts that were recommended being replaced as they were worn out. I will go here again without hesitation and even for my routine engine oil changes.

Went in for an oil change and they tried telling me that other issues needed to be fixed....$1700 worth of repairs.... no thanks, just the oil change. Won't go there again!
