John is the reason why people come here. I had a death wobble and many other autoshops were charging me for an arm and a leg. Called Brake Master's and John said he'll look at my jeep. Inspect the car and found the problem, told me to buy the parts myself to save me more money. Sure did. His team worked on my car and now it's working perfectly fine like brand new. This is your go to place. He's honest and doesn't bs you like these other auto shops. Save you money!
I have to tell you... never been to a place so honest that they told me I did not need anything. They showed me my brakes and explained what was going on and told me how to deal with it especially since it was under warranty. I know other places would have just changed the brakes and charged me a bunch of money, but this place is beyond honest and I cannot recommend this place more. I will be back with my other cars and with any other work I need done!!

The best. Every time I come in they are extremely nice and helpful. I get suggestions of things I may need to get looked at even without them being pushy or aggressively trying to upsell. I had my transmission oil change done and it it didn’t cost me an arm and leg which was nice.

Being a woman, it totally sucks going into most car repair places. All I needed was an oil change. I originally had an appointment scheduled with Meineke but when I went to check in with the guy he was rude to me and I left. I came here to Brake Masters where Nate and the other staff were kind and welcoming to me! It was such a breath of fresh air to be treated so nicely!! Kudos to this shop!! Appreciate you guys for real! Oh and holy nice waiting area!! Will absolutely come back here!

Great facility. Excellent prices, especially full synthetic oil for under 60 bucks and had to change purge control on kia soul a couple of places wanted 200 plus (labor only) they came in just under 140...we shall see if it all works.
