Had issues with my breaks and took it there in May after just having had them done last year. There was an underlying issue that was causing the issues with the breaks. The manager caught this. Thank you for looking deeper into the cause and not just letting me get another break job that would have failed. Appreciate it!! 👍

Took my car here for a diagnostic because the fuel pump went out. I personally delivered my car there for an over night drop off and when I went to check on my car the 2 12inch subwoofers and speaker box had been removed from my trunk. When I asked what happened I was told that they had no idea what happened. Then they said that the car was left in a public parking lot so they aren’t responsible. Then they said the tow truck driver might have taken it. Once again I advised that I was the one that left the car there and that there was no way to enter my trunk without the key and they were the only ones that had access to the key because I only have one key. Once again I was told that it wasn’t their responsibility. At this point I was done with the back and forth and asked when my car would be done. They advised that they hadn’t been able to look at the car because the battery was dead. My car had already been with them for almost 3 weeks. So I went and bought a new battery so the car would have power. Then today I was told that the car had electrical problems which the car has never had ever and no documents were provided to back this information or to even show that they made an attempt to look at or fix the initial issue. Then I was told to just take my key and car and go. My car still isn’t fixed, my subwoofers are gone along with some other minor stuff that was in the car and no one knows how the trunk or car were opened even though they were the only ones with access to the key. It isn’t even possible to open a car that has no power without the key and despite there being no evidence of any tampering to the trunk or car my stuff was stolen. They claim there are no cameras and there is nothing that can be done. I’m absolutely disappointed in the lack of integrity, transparency, professionalism, and accountability this place has shown. This was my second experience with this place and they have worked on this car before so they were very much aware of the items in my car/trunk. I can’t tell anyone what to do but take my advice they are not a place you want to take your car to especially if you have anything of value like sound system stuff (amps, subwoofers, or twitters) for an overnight drop off. They will lie, blame you, and hide behind it being a public parking lot that they advise you to leave your car on. No disclaimer provided no accountability or transparency provided, nothing just excuses and denial.

Awesome! Went in thinking I needed brake pads/rotos. Car was checked out, deemed pads good. Repair/replasement unnecessary at the time.
Both manager and tech were extremely kind and helpful with their explanations.
