I needed an oil change ASAP before my trip, when I called, I was squeezed in same day and received full synthetic oil change service at excellent price! $49.99 plus taxes and fees(my vehicle requires extra quart) still, it was the best price in town with quick service!

The service was excellent and honest. I got an oil change and a tire rotation. They were on time for my appointment and finished the job in a timely manner. I asked to check my battery which they did. I did need a battery, not immediate but soon. The person helping me did not try to hard sell me. He just gave me good advise. I would definitely recommend this Brake Masters.

I was in for an oil change. This was my first time at Brake Masters. It really was a great experience. I first called to see if they accepted walk-ins. I talked to Anthony and he was very professional and nice. Said I could definitely do a walk in. My check in was with Anthony, super nice said to just have a seat it would be about 35-45 minutes, which it was. The store was very clean, welcoming and pleasant. Steven H was the technician who did my oil change. He explained how everything went and answered any questions. Overall it was a very smooth, easy and pleasant experience. Everyone was really professional and knowledgeable. I’d highly recommend them and I’ll be back for sure.

This shop is a complete scam. I came in for an oil change, and about an hour after I left, my check engine light turned on. When I went back, they tried to charge me a diagnostic fee and push additional services like a fuel cleaning. My car is practically new and had zero issues before coming here.

It turns out they messed up during the oil change , they didn’t tighten screws properly and left hoses loose, which caused the problem. Instead of taking responsibility, they tried to charge me more money to “diagnose” the issue they created.

Very dishonest business practices. I would not recommend this shop to anyone.

Thank you guys! Thank you Anthony for the transparency. I finished my service at dealership and they quoted me a bunch of stuff needed. Went to them for a second opinion. Saw them thoroughly check what I needed. Turns out i didn't need my brakes replaced just yet. I appreciate Anthony for telling me honestly his best opinion and for sure i'm taking my car back here for its next service.
