Another oil changed and tire rotation at the Anthem Brake Masters. I also had my coolant flushed and rear shocks replaced. It was a little expensive, but beats me having to do it! Everyone was very nice and did a great job. I appreciate BM being able to get everything done during this one trip versus having to came back. I trust the work they do and will continue to rely on them to keep my truck maintained!

as far as customer service goes.....that needs some work. I made an appointment recently for an oil change, alot of good that did me. After arriving for my "appointment" I found myself in their lounge for over 45 minutes, before my vehicle was pulled in to begin the oil change. I was very dissapointed that the service was not performed in a timely fashion.

Thank goodness the manager that was previously there a couple of years ago but got transferred is now back to the Anthem location. Terry the manager is awesome and runs the shop the way I like it.
