I had a good experience with an F150 I had an appointment on a Tuesday. Staff was courteous and some were cheerful they got me right in and pickup on the lift. After inspection they explained pads are worn but not end of life I opted to change all pads and re-surface rotors. They got it done quickly. And it drives and stops like new again. Side note they need to give the manager an office so he does not need to conduct business such as working with his suppliers and making phone calls in front of customers. Also the waiting chairs are very comfy recliners.

I can’t say enough about brake masters. At least this location. I did not get her name, but she was very knowledgeable. I believe it was the assistant or the manager at the front desk. She was very knowledgeable of the things they do at that shop, she educated me well on On some brakes, I was going to purchase that we’re not really that good. We had a good conversation about the brakes and I changed them. Shop was very quick and efficient. And boy let me tell you they have comfortable chair chairs. I did fall asleep while waiting. This is a shop. I would definitely come back to good job.

Was having issues with braking pedal occasionally pushing to the floor. Though the system had been upgraded previously with good parts it needed to be bled and flushed and Brakemasters went through and cleared the problems. Well done.
