I have gone here now four times for an oil change. Every time I have gone the staff has been great. Friendly, and very helpful. If there is anything else they check other things also to make sure your car is safe to drive and if there are any issues they will tell you and help you fix them if they can. They will also try to give you the best price and deal possible to fix it as things can be pretty pricey theese days. John the owner is especially nice and likes to get to know all of his customers. I will continue to come back here.

Henry was the absolute perfect person to be greeted with once arriving to the shop. He provided a great experience for customer service by being relatable, saved me money and helped out with a fast service delivery all while keeping a smile on his face. 🙂 To the man, who I believe was Manny, fixing my rear brakes with drums, thank you so much sir! You did a great job and had me out in 1.5 hours which is great time management. That made me feel a sense of security, like you knew exactly what you were doing. This was my first time coming to brake masters as I have always gone to the dealership. I simply wanted my wheel alignment and brake fluid checked out as the dealership said it was getting bad. Turns out everything looked good and the wheel alignment was all I needed to get done. Was greeted immediately and they were transparent. Everything got done in under an hour. Saved me a few hundred dollars compared to the dealership. Great customer service highly recommend!
