I brought my car in to fix my husband’s DIY brake job. 🙁 They replaced the front brakes and then tested until they discovered an issue with the rear brakes as well. It took awhile for parts to arrive, but they didn’t charge more than was needed to fix the issues and they made certain the car was safe to drive for my teenage son before I left the shop. They showed me all the issues, explained all the details, and never treated me as the “car-ignorant woman” (which I am, lol). Thank you for your professionalism and willingness to work until the problem was resolved.

Went in the other day to get brakes looked. And asked them if they needed to be replaced. Instead of just telling me oh ya you need new this or that, they were honest and knowledgeable. I will return here when brakes need to be done. Which is good for them cuz we have 3 cars. Thanks again for being so honest.

I just want to say how amazing my experience with Break Masters was! I called about 20 minutes before closing to see if there was any chance they could get me in and at least take a look at my car. Shawn, the manager, was seriously a God send. He told me not to worry, that he would get me in and get it checked because safety comes first. ❤️
The technician who stayed to look at my car was also such a sweetheart. He took his time, didn’t rush me, and never once made me feel like I was an inconvenience for coming in so close to closing. That meant so much to me, especially when I was already stressed and unsure of what was wrong with my car.
You don’t always find people who are willing to go the extra mile like that, and I truly appreciate both Shawn and the technician for taking care of me. Amazing customer service, genuinely kind people, and a place that actually makes you feel like they care. I’m so grateful I called them! I will absolutely be coming back and recommending Break Masters to everyone! ❤️
