I had the best experience ever at Brakemasters in Surprise, AZ. I was astounded at the number of customers waiting when the business opened at 7:30 on Saturday, but the check-in went smoothly and quickly. I had an appointment, so they were able to get my car in expediciously to replace the brakes. The entire process took less than 3 hours, and they accepted all of the coupons I had printed. I highly recommend Rick and his crew at Brakemasters in Surprise. Tell them Tina sent you!

After having my car serviced at another business, I was told that the rear brakes needed to be replaced at a cost of $633. I decided to seek another opinion and a friend recommended Brake Masters to me. I spoke to Pete, the manager who is very friendly and knowledgeable. He understood why I was there and within a short period of time they had my car up on the rack. Once the tires were removed he took me to the shop and showed me the condition of not only the rear brakes, but the front brakes as well. It was quite obvious the rear brakes needed to be replaced. Pete also showed me what new pads look like which reinforced the fact that the rear brakes were in bad shape. I was flabbergasted at the quoted price that included a $40 discount. I told Pete to complete the job.Meanwhile, I am sitting in a very comfortable and clean waiting room where they also offered their customers coffee and bottled water. During the time while I was waiting for my car, I observed many male customers coming in and out or waiting for their vehicle. Obviously, this store does something right to garner so many customers.If I could give this store 10 stars, I would. They are really customer oriented. Thank you, Pete and your staff for a job well done.
