I took my car to other places for inspections and pricing and can confidently say they didn't make up things to fix and were honest. They also had better prices than some of the places I went to. They were efficient and fixed my brakes and a few other items the same day.
However, I was extremely surprised when I came to pick up my car and they gave me free, new hub caps. My old hubcaps were missing over the years so it was a pleasant little gift.
I have zero complaints so far and would use them again.

I was pleasantly surprised with the service I received. They were friendly listened to my concerns and worked with me thru out the repairs. They also took pics, along with showing me the issues on all brakes etc. I had my brakes done in 22 and I didn’t have the great experience I recieved on Monday. Very happy. I did receive the pics with my invoice.

I moved to Casa Grande 4 years ago and left behind a very trusted mechanic in Chandler. I have been looking for a good place to get my vehicles serviced and have found mixed results to date. I took my commuter car into Brake Masters about a month ago and was very pleased with their operation. I met the Store Manager, Mr. Sandoval and we had a nice talk about our shared interest in driving and maintaining older cars. Since meeting Rene, I have gone back and had my Avalon serviced and today I'm taking in my 20 year old SUV for an oil change.

So I was in need of an oil change, like in a bad way. I took it in to the Casa Grande store and was dealt with in a very professional manner. Even though it was almost closing time, they still got me in. Even changed out a cabin filter for me. Super friendly and helpful.
