I recently visited Brake Masters because my brakes had been left in poor condition by a previous mechanic who didn't finish the job correctly. From the moment I walked in, Angel was a massive help. He took the time to explain everything in great detail, which I truly appreciated. Instead of just giving me a total, he walked me through the priorities and let me know exactly what needed to be addressed first to ensure everything was safe and functional.
Even though the repairs ended up being a hefty amount, Angel made sure that all the essential work was completed thoroughly. His professionalism and honesty made a stressful situation much easier to handle. To top it off, the financing process was incredibly smooth; I applied for their credit card and was approved in just seconds, which was a huge relief given the unexpected costs.
The Angel was awesome, professional, and great at his job. It is rare to find service that is both thorough and transparent, and I am very thankful for their help. If you need reliable brake work and excellent customer service, I highly recommend this location!🙏💙💪💯🌟👀
