I originally took my truck to Tire Works for a front-end alignment. With just a quick visual inspection I was told I needed a ball-joint replaced. I knew then Tire Works was scamming me and wanting me to buy parts I did not need. I drove away quickly.
I then took my truck to Brake Masters. They did a complete computerized front-end alignment and I DID NOT need any ball-joints.
Brake Masters did a very thorough alignment at a fair price, keep my truck clean and did the alignment in a timely manner.
Honesty is the best form customer service! If you need an honest repair center, I highly recommend Brake Masters

My appointment was at 7:30 AM. Upon my arrival my car was immediately taken into the service department for an oil change. Within an hour the service was completed and I was ready to go. Other places I have been I have had to wait for as long as 2 to 3 hours to get an oil change. The staff was very courteous and professional. I would recommend this store for any of your automotive needs or services.

Complaint #1- I made Appt to get easy Brake Repair- was told it would be 90 minutes- After 30 minutes of waiting- manager told me to add additional 30 minutes to time needed. that would be 2 hours- The easy Brake repair took 4 hours to complete. that is UNSAT !
