Great work and great front desk service. I believe the young man working the counter and who also received my call prior to taking my daughters car there for an oil change was super cordial and my hats off to whomever taught him very good manners. I believe his name was Alan. This location was at the corner of Ina and Oracle. Long story short. My dsughters car ended up with much more than the oil change. Thank God after the full vehicle inspection that some major safety hazards needed to be fixed immediately. Alan explained everything over the phone and we felt it would be the best thing to do! Especially for one of my daughters driving her personal vehicle a distance everyday back and forth to work. Thank you Alan and the crew at this location!
