The staff office was clean and neat,the staff was polite and efficient, Although I did not go with this shop,for my repair as the estimate was somewhat high, I would not discourage anyone from trying them out for themselves as an option for your vehicle repair or maintenance.

Went in after the dealership asked for $550 and an appointment almost a week later to replace rear brakes.Brake Masters did it for $200 less and was immediately able to do it on the spot. The explained to me that the pads are now covered for the life of the car or whenever I decide to get rid of it.These guys were fast, courteous and knowledgeable!

I have had other services at Brake Masters, but this time I brought my car in because my front brakes were squeaking and I figured my brake pads were getting thin. To my surprise, after the tech had checked all 4 brakes, he said they were fine and I didn’t need them replaced. Thank you Brake Master on Germann. It’s nice to meet an honest business! I will return when my brakes actually need replacing!
