These guys are legit. Honest work. The last shop charge me $1500 for a booster and naster cylinder , that failed . Not once but three times ! after a month of nonsense and broken down truck, and tow trucks(And a future small claims case) I cut my losses and went to Brake Masters. They did a great job cut me deals to keep my cost low as possible. Truck is running great, FINALLY.

I went for an oil change and they told me a belt and the cabin filter needed to be replaced. They gave me a quote and I authorized the work. About an hour later, they told me another belt needed to be replaced. They had to wait for the part, and apparently both belts needed to be replaced together, and there was miscommunication on the order. I asked to see the belts, and they let me see them. I said that I hadn't approved the second belt and wasn't told about it beforehand. They went ahead and covered the cost, but I was there for 4 hours. I appreciated that they took care of the second belt, but I don't think the way everything went down is how you should operate a business.

I went in to get my car fixed I talked to James and he helped me out. I needed brakes and they found that my thermostat housing was leaking so the suggested that I replace it when I had time I went in the same day and had everything fixed very professional very clean work as I listened in the lobby they never up sell to customers which is what I like and never pushy. Later that day I received a call from Jeff very polite very professional and to let me know that my vehicle was done. I highly recommend this place.
