My Crosstrek brakes were making a terrible sound. I haven't had it long but I bought it on Carvana and the car is 2014 and originated on the East Coast so rust rust rust. No more Carvana for me. They did a great job replacing the front and rear brakes (with a lifetime warranty and advised me that I will need to replace the rear wheel hub and assembly in the near future, too. Expensive, but better than the dealership, and done in about 3.5 hours.
