I live in Los Angeles and plan my oil changes around visits to family in Lake Havasu. It is half the price and the service is always fast and friendly. As I was sitting in the lobby, I overheard how much the staff cared about the customers - especially when a car became a bigger project. They want to do right by the customer.

The people that work at Brake Masters was very friendly and helpful. Ryan was very knowledgeable about what was wrong with my vehicle. Mike, the mechanic, was amazing and went out of his way taking care of the small details, which other mechanics would bypass. I highly recommend Brake Masters in Lake Havasu City, AZ.

Very happy with the service I received at Brake Masters. Called on Friday and Ryan was able to get me in that day. I explained what I needed and they got to work right away! I got a call later that day with a very reasonable estimate and had them do the work. Saturday comes and I pick my truck ready to go. Felt like an all new vehicle! Brakes feel great! Fuel system flush got a nagging engine light to go away and stay. Ryan kept me updated on it every step of the way. Their technicians did a great job on my truck and it didn’t destroy my bank account. Thank you very much gentleman. You have my business going forward.
