On June 9th I took my car into the shop to replace my air conditioner. This was my first time working with them. I have had several local mechanics say it would be a certain amount to fix things and then when I go to pick up the car it is more money, so I am very apprehensive about working with auto mechanics. I worked with Adrian, the assistant manager. Adrian has a heart of gold. He truly wanted what was best for me and my car. Before scheduling the work, he also wanted to make sure that his top mechanic was available, not only to start the job but do the work till completion. Adrian worked with me and informed me of what was going on and did not do anything to the car without my permission. The price he quoted was very close to the actual bill (his quote did not include disposal and shop fees, an amount less than $20.00). As the original owner that plans to keep this car, I am also very picky about what is done, who works on it, and the quality. Jeremy, the mechanic, looked the entire car over according to my maintenance schedule and found almost nothing wrong with the car. That's honest and I am grateful. Also, neither Adrian or Jeremy tried to "sell" me anything. I really appreciate that. He then replaced my complete A/C system including the condenser and he also changed the oil and flushed the radiator. He was extremely knowledgeable and answered my questions and concerns as items were completed as well as after the sale. Jeremy was as meticulous and detail oriented as Adrian promised. I am very impressed with Brake Masters. They have thus far earned my trust and business and I will certainly be returning as more work needs to be done which should be a while since my car got an almost clean bill of health from them. If you are looking for professionals in town to work on your car, don't make the mistake I made over the past years assuming they could only handle brakes. These guys are top notch. Thank you!

Very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable staff! Great deals and many coupons are available on their website. They were able to give me quotes for other work ups for my car too. I recommend making appointments which makes it easier to get in and out, but walk ins are welcome too; just make sure you get there early! Brake flush is very important to ensure your brakes don't get soft from the extra moisture content that accumulates over time so every 2-3 years, I'll get it done!

Hands down the best customer experience I have ever had. I am traveling across country from VA to CA for Christmas in a 40' RV towing a Jeep. Somewhere between Midland TX and El Paso, the Jeep drivers side front brake caliper failed in a dramatic fashion causing the wheel to lock up intermittently at highway speeds. Once discovered, I pulled into a campground in Las Cruces, NM and began the search for service. After two wasted calls to businesses that were booked for weeks and would not even try to fit me in, I called Brake Masters (#200). Jeremy took my call, immediately setting the tone for a positive experience and had me bring it in. Very shortly after arrival they brought it in the service bay and quickly evaluated the extent of the damages. Expecting an upsale of parts/services, I was really pleased that they showed me exactly what needed to be replaced and at a cost that beat what I expected. They got me back on the road in short order and saved a long planned trip for us. The level of transparency, honesty and professionalism, led by Jeremy and the entire crew.was unmatched in my experience. Thanks team Brake Masters!
