Great, fast, above and beyond service. Bruce is a very stand up guy that cares about the people. We were on a 1400+ mile drive with kids and dogs. About 500 miles in, just coming out of Flagstaff, when the blower motor went out for the A.C. 80+ degree heat and no air-conditioning. I pulled into the parking lot and talked with 2 different mechanics shops in the area. One said they'd charge $120 just to look at it, didn't seam very confident on even figuring out the problem, said it would take them a few hours to diagnose and then wouldn't fix it that day. Then I talked with Bruce at Brake Masters. He had a pretty good idea what the issue was just by describing to him what it was doing. He got the car in fast, had it diagnosed very quickly, called around and found the part. Got the part in and fixed on a Saturday afternoon at the end of the day. He said they'd make sure to stay and get it done for us and they did. The price to get it done was very reasonable.

Eric and John are very helpful and kind. They seem like small town guys who care about your experience in the repair shop. I took my 1995 F150 because it had rough breaking and no power. I had just had the rear main seal replaced but they pointed out it was still leaking. I feel they did a thorough job and it runs much better because they plugged a vacuum leak. Thanks for your help. I'll be back for your oil change
