I have to say I am very timid when it comes to mechanics. As well as being a teacher in the public school system setbacks such as a car repair can be devastating at times.
But here at #101 brakemasters they not only made me feel extra comfortable but took care of business when business was presented. I bring in my car for some initial repairs and the check engine light had came on after but the manager Chris and the wonderful other gentleman that had been helping me prior not only made it right but made me feel extra safe with the information and wisdom they instow to me and instill trust when talking with me about my car.
Not to mention they didn't try to add anything on they weren't Bs'ing me on any aspect of our repairs and everything felt not only better when I drove it the first time but when I took it back and got it the second time it drives extra special smooth now!!
Of course like any car there's still a few things that I need to fix but Chris the manager had really helped me feel like I found the place where I want to take my car from here on out and that's typically rare in a mechanics world.
Brake Masters #101 thank you so much for taking care of me and my car. It means a lot in this day where we have also a lot of sleazy and quick mechanics who are definitely quick about making a buck and not helping anyone other than themselves. But this place helped me feel like family, this place helped me feel like I have a place to go if my car gets messed up. And I even have resources in case I have any questions as the gentleman we're just so knowledgeable!!!
Come here for your repairs, not only is the building brand new but so is my trust now in mechanics!!

Took my Subaru to Brake Masters for battery replacement, brakes and oil change. The team was great. I appreciate the appt flexibility, price and honesty. Chris was awesome. I had broken lug nuts, common with Subarus and he replaced them, just charged for the parts. I really appreciated him Catching that. I had forgotten to let them know and now my brakes, battery and lugnuts are good to go. Saves me from having to go back for those:) Will be back when I need more service. Thanks!

Jesus and his whole crew there are awesome!!! Very knowledgeable, great at explaining, and truly care for your business rather than to see how big of a commission they can make. Not only do they have a great staff, they really work hard on not only at getting your car fixed but also work hard to make sure the customer is happy and they really work with you if you're in a tight spot. They've done a fantastic job on my vehicle since I started going to them at the beginning of the year. And now I refuse to take my car elsewhere. I could brag on and on about these guys, but I'll just leave it at, if there's a rating grade higher than A+ they would definitely deserve it!
