I have been a long time customer of this location and have always had excellent service.. until this visit.. Seems like there's always someone new at the front counter, but that usually doesn't matter. This time, went in for an oil change and the man at the front counter was surprisingly unpleasant to work with. At first, I thought it was just me, or I misheard him. But as the check in process continued (and the pick up process was the same), it seemed as if the man was either in a bad mood or I just happened to catch him when he was irritated.. I can assure you, it was nothing I said or did to warrant this.. I simply was dropping my vehicle off for a scheduled appointment time, even telling him I was dropping it and not waiting.. His answers were short, he actually tossed the paperwork to me to sign, and when I picked up, same thing.. Where this gets odd is when I arrived to pick up, there was an elder woman there to get an oil change and he was somewhat pleasant towards her, but did have a moment of irritation when she asked him a question that she didn't hear him say. Overall, other that this part, the experience was really good. They got my car in right away and within probably 45 minutes, I got a call that it was done and ready to be picked up..

My only Complaint now the Oil Change stickers need to go back to the Clear Vinyl Not the One they use Now! That sticker can throw off your vision Cmon Guys Let's make this a Done Deal
