I’ve been dealing with AC issues on my work truck for over a week, and it was starting to take a serious toll. I finally brought it to Brake Masters, and I’m so glad I did. Nelson, the manager, and Travis, the technician, went above and beyond to help me out. They were professional, honest, and genuinely cared about getting my truck back in working order. Their customer service and technical skills were top-notch, and I really appreciated the time they took to explain everything. Thanks to them, my AC is running great again. Highly recommend this location!

Went here to get my brake calipers and rotors done. The knowledge that the store manager Brandon has and his technicians plus the front desk personal are awesome! I'll be going back they are car guys too and they are great to talk with. Amazing prices too! If you need trust worthy advise and mechanics this is the place to go no doubt! Their waiting room is nice with plenty of comfy chairs a big tv to watch, coffee and water. Bathrooms are clean not scary like some other places. A+++

Revised 4/21/25 New GM BRANDON reached out to me hoping to make this right and he was more than fair, explaining he's trying to turn this location around, sincerely apologized and offered a full refund of my money. He was genuinely concerned about my experience and hoped for another chance to gain our business in the future. I was impressed!! Thank you Brandon for doing the right thing!!
Beware women!!!!!?
I went in to get brakes checked and apparently I needed 330$ in brake resurfacing only....so why are they squeaking when I come to a complete stop after they did this??? I took it to my regular mechanic and he said My rotors were not machine correctly as you can see from the pictures provided. The picture with the shiny rotor is the brake master's job which doesn't even look like they were put on a machine at all. The dull looking rotors is after it's been in the machine and resurfaced and that was done by my mechanic. what a difference huh!! I'm sure you guys took advantage of me because I'm a female not knowing what a resurface job looks like before or after and that's really unfortunate. Expensive lesson learned I guess because you guys will not get back to me to resolve this issue. I should get my money back since you guys didn't do anything.
