Julian and Jonathan took awesome care of us. This is the second time we’ve brought our car for maintenance and repairs, and we’ve found them to be honest about what needed to be done as well as what didn’t need to be done. Prices were reasonable and we’re grateful to find some good, honest mechanics who take the time to explain and give great options…even if it’s outside their area of expertise, they’ll recommend someone who can help.

The employees at Brake Masters #126 were friendly, professional, and treated me well. I want to make clear that my concern is not with the people working at this location—they provided good service.
*My criticism is directed at Brake Masters’ overall pricing structure, particularly for filter replacement. I was quoted $42.95 for the cabin air filter alone, and replacing the engine air filter as well would have brought the additional cost to a little over $100. I purchased both filters myself for approximately $22 total on Amazone, and changed them myself in less than minute. I understand that businesses charge for labor and convenience, but that difference felt excessive.
Again, the staff at Store #126 did a good job. My concern is with the company’s pricing model, not their work or customer service.

Johnathan and the crew at this location are the example of what excellent customer service should be. Once he heard my issue, Johnathan not only set about giving me all the information he could to address it properly he also offered alternative suggestions and helped me find a satisfactory financial solution to it as well.
The Pit Crew was also very attentive, even coming out to let me know of an issue with my spare and showing genuine concern about my traveling on it.
All in all it was an amazing experience that really helped soothe an otherwise frustrating day.

Service and price were just fine, but they completely robbed me of my day. I stopped in for a quick brake check with the intention of making an appointment to return in a day or two if work needed to be done, as I had commitments already scheduled for this day. Sure enough I needed new front brakes, but when I asked to schedule an appointment I was talked into just doing it on the spot. I was told it would take 1-1.5 hours, so I got myself a ride to be productive during that time then got dropped back off about 75 minutes later only to be told that the parts people brought the wrong rotors and it would be a while longer. Eventually I just left and walked the 3 miles home. Commitments broken, daily plans destroyed. I realize that they have no control over that, and that I should have stuck to my guns and insisted on an appointment. But for me that's a deal breaker. I got pressured into doing something I wasn't prepared to do that day and it completely backfired. I lost a day, this establishment lost a new repeat customer with multiple vehicles. Live and learn.
