I went in for an oil change and trip checkup and found out my break discs were well overdue for a repair/replacement. I was concerned that this had not been brought to my attention previously. The manager addressed my concerns and gave me a breakdown of not just the condition but what needed to be addressed right now. I'm grateful because even though my trip is only a few hundred miles my safety was a priority to this team

Christian S. Is beyond professional, he explained many things to me so it made sense, also that my car is in great shape and I don't need anything to be addressed. That tells me that he was not trying to upset anything or give me a quote fir something I don't need. Just had workdone here for the second time.. both very good experiences. Christian was very honest and sold me a lesser repair that I was expecting I needed! He also waited up an extra 15 minutes for me to show up after close because I was running late. He even refused a tip! Cool dude.

Went a couple days ago, the guy at the front was super nice and explained to me what was going on with my car, left my car there and came back later, only had two techs so the job took a little longer but the manager apologized for not getting it out by the time he told me and comped my transaction, which was greatly appreciated! great service

Christian was honest and forthcoming about everything my truck needed, both immediately and long term. He also gave advice economically as I'm about to sell. Christian was personable and explained what he was dping and what was needed in a way that someone whondoesnt know much about cars could understand.
