My first visit to Brake Masters, and I was pleased with the experience. Roy and Robert did a great job getting the alignment taken care of on my wife's Telluride. It was last-minute and they were very busy, and I didn't have an appointment, but their team got it done quicker than expected. Their prices are very reasonable, definitely better than Big O. Ask about their 3 Year Alignment deal, that's what I chose.

I have gone to store 184 in Mesa on baseline near power for a decade? Robert, The manager has always been great, and had fair pricing. A the very few times something didn’t work. He always did everything to make it right and get it repaired in a timely matter. I would recommend this specific store.

Explain my car issues, and showed pictures. Car stopped making weird noises. Was able to fix my car as a walk-in customer. Also gave me a discount for the break fluid.
