My car had a strange noise that came and went from one of my wheels. Zack asked questions and took notes. I went in due to loud noise coming from lift gate. Zack looked and assumed it was the rear windshield motor. It was going to be costly. He advised me of the real problem from a loose wiper I taped down and the button turned the opposite way. Something like that. I love these guys. They are honest, dependable,fast and all handsome.
