My back brakes went out yesterday morning so I scheduled a brake inspection for this morning. I arrived on time and my car was immediately taken back. I was so impressed with this shop. My advisor was Andrew S and he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I got new back brakes and rotors and was extremely pleased with the price and how quickly my car was ready. I own a 99 jeep wrangler! I love this thing to death and would do anything for it. Everytime I have brought it to Andrew and Charles. They treat it as if it were one of their own vehicles. Andrew even took on the challenge to help me replace my driver side seat! They did what Jim marsh hasn’t!

Overall I had a positive experience. Really can't rate the work this early after the service that usually takes a few weeks or a few months for any issues to come up. The reason I gave them four stars is communication skills. Had my truck there on two different occasions both days they said they will call and let me know it was ready for pickup. Both times I had to call an hour before closing just to hear someone say oh yeah it's been ready for hours. That's really bad customer service. It is so easy to attach your work ticket to your phone number so they can text you during the process. Check out Discount Tire and how they do customer service updates via text it is so easy.
