Loc and his team provided Extraordinary and Exceptional customer service! A few weeks ago they went over and beyond to fix my gear shifter that was this little round piece i needed, to help me get on the road to go California for work. They came up with a plan and executed it seamlessly and with compassion, and it didn’t break my pocket, all with a smile! You have a customer for life
Due to the extreme heat and no a/c for a week I finally called Brake Masters. They said if you come in now we can get checked out today. They gave me the best price on my air condition flush and a/c compressor. There was no pressure to buy, when I said I need to check on if my extended warranty and if it was still good and if compressor that i had replaced 3 years ago would be covered by the dealership. As soon as I found out no on both and called Brake Masters back. This was late Friday afternoon and they said they would have enough time Friday to get the compressor installed or they would bring me in first thing Saturday. Its nice to have a honest shop here in south mountain. The ladies room was the cleanest public restroom I have ever been in.

Despite their busy schedule today, they fit me in, fixed the issue, and had me back on the road in no time. Their professionalism and support are truly exceptional, and I’m incredibly grateful. Unbelievable just the type of service that is just Unbelievable good, the manager,is a 12 on a 1-10, he beat his own estimate, who does that anymore, Brake Master, South Mountain, did that, I was so surprised when he beat his ow.n estimate and through in an oil change. This business rates a 12 on a 1-10 scale.
