I usually take my vehicles to the dealership, but I gave brake Masters a shot on an oil change. They said it would take an hour and they were right on time within an hour. They called me or actually text me and said my vehicle is ready my second visit I took my wife Toyota Highlander there for some front end work. They said it would take a day because the parts would be coming from up north so it would take a while to get the parts. The parts came in right away and they called me at 4:30 the same day saying it was ready for pick up. They did an amazing job every employee that works there have great customer service skills thank you brake Masters I will be returning.

I stopped in without an appointment and even though all the technicians were swamped at the moment, one came out right away to my car to diagnose the battery. It was discovered I would need a new one. I went home to check my warranty and discovered that I had purchased my battery from Brakes Plus a couple years ago but it was still under warranty so I would be able to get a free replacement. So I called them to make an appointment to get a new battery and while I was on the phone the associate checked their inventory, even going back to look on the shelf to make sure that my particular battery was on hand. I was able to get my battery changed that same day despite their busyness. Needless to say, I had a great experience.

I went in yesterday at noon to get my engine and tire pressure checked out, there were maybe 2 people ahead of me but I was able to get a diagnostics test done on my vehicle which does take a while. Turned out I came just in time beck my brakes needed to be replaced real bad and my ac was leaking. And since I live here I need some ac. Anyways there were other issues but I couldn’t get to it all that day. I appreciate the employees urgency though.
