People typically say that it's hard to find a trustworthy and reasonable mechanic. The team at Brake Master, on Blue Diamond Rd. & Cimarron Dr. are absolutely incredible. The 1st time I visited their shop I was hoping they could look under my car for me, because it was making a scraping noise. Turned out, the plastic splash shield had broken off due to losing a bolt & they removed it for me very quickly. My 2nd visit was during the winter, and my heater stopped working. The mechanic was so knowledgeable the he was able to shave off several hours of labor that didn't include removing the engine to replace the heat regulator. I was thrilled! Fast forward to last week... My car has been having a small radiator leak (like a drop under the car when I leave for work). I decided that I would try using stop leak to stop the leak. Well, I ended up blowing my radiator. A google search on estimated replacement costs are between $1,200 - $2,000, just for the radiator/labor, and their estimate was lower than I was fearing, and I gelt very reasonable, so I had them replace it. During the repair, they also found that the darn stop leak had also ruined my hoses, so I would need to replace those too. I panicked about the additional cost. Another google search showed I would be looking at another 3-400 for those. They were kind enough to give me a small discount to help with the additional cost, which was sooooo gracious. I couldn't believe it. These people are so friendly, caring, and really enjoy what they do. I will continue to highly recommend them to my friends and family, and keep bringing my vehicles there for any repairs I have. Thank you for everything!!! 😊 🙏

Went in for an oil change/tire rotation and to ask about my AC not working also having a feeling they'd find some other maintenance to be done. I came in stressed and I left happy.
Misty was very welcoming and kind. There was some more maintenance to do as expected, and she explained everything to me very simply where I could understand without treating me like a child. My car was done before the estimated time, and within a very reasonable price for everything I got done. Matthew was also working the desk, and he seemed great as well towards those he helped

After noticing my Astrovan air conditioning not cooling as before, I contacted Brakemasters on Blue Diamond in Las Vegas. I had a $15 off coupon and called James at the store. He said they would do it for free if I just made an appointment. When I arrived, I waited a very short time and had the problem diagnosed. The price was fair and I booked another appointment to get the job done. James, who was a manager-in-training, did a great job.

From a phone call appointment to completion of repair/ inspection I’m happy with Matthew, the manager , the waiting area and work area cleanliness. Very professional. I have been told recently that I needed a break job all four wheels. After inspection, my brakes were only down 50% average. I like that I wasn’t taken advantage of. I was expecting much more repair on the AC unit. Proper AC oil change and recharge solved my issue.
A clean Inspection of all other issues was very good news for a senior on a budget.

Check engine light came on They did a courtesy check. Found the problem.
The technician that checked my car was very helpful in the diagnosis. I can go and get an answer anytime if I have a problem.

I’ve come here for many years. They are good, but somehow manage to take the longest time possible on the most simple jobs.
I always get my oil changed here and it’s taken up to 3 hours before.
Today I had a SCHEDULED appointment to rotate my tires. They got my car in right away, and then it sat up on the lift for 2 hours with nothing done to it. I usually rotate my tires my self but I’m in a pinch and leaving town and figured a team of people with power tools would be faster than my self and a hand tool. But I was very wrong.
If you have time to kill or someone to pick you up, then I highly reccomend this place. The service is always good. Just WAYYY too time consuming !!
