I brought my vehicle in for an inspection. I first would like to state that I did not have an appointment. They said 2 hour wait. That would've been fine. It was 4 hours. I suspected my brakes and/or rotors would need attention. They said the front 2 brakes and rotors needed to be replaced. Fine. Extra 90 minutes. Grand total of 5 and a half hours spent there. Service was good. Staff was friendly. The only reason it was 4, instead of 5 stars, was simply the unacceptable amount of time spent there.

Brake Masters #195 on Elk Grove Blvd. is one of the most honest places I’ve ever dealt with. If there is a problem with the car and they can’t fix it, they apologize and won’t charge for diagnosing the problem. How many places do that? I’ve been going to them for the past 12 years and highly recommend this business! Their prices are very reasonable. Their staff is very personable and friendly. I never have to wait for an appointment. The wait times for getting my car serviced is very reasonable.
