The service is very good and the speed in which they get the job done is impressive. I appreciate how willing they are to try and work you in even when the are extremely busy. My gripe rests upon what I was sold 25,000 miles previous. I purchased the most expensive brake pads under their recommendation. My first set of pads that came with my truck had 50,000 miles on them. I was told I could expect the similar performance on the top of the line pads. There were no indicators or noise, swuels that would indicate the brake pads were destroyed so I suspected a wheel bearing out when it started grinding. When Brake masters inspected the brakes they said the brakes were metal metal, the two rotors were trashed and needed to be replaced and one caliper was ruined. The warranty and the discounts helped but I am still feeling a bit more sed up having to pay $1000 for a brake repair that I didn't even see coming after I took their advice to buy the best they had If I was told at least he time what to expect and when to have them inspected I would has adjusted my expectations of the performance and life on best Brake Master sold me. Again all aspects of service and professionalism was very good. I just feel a bit screwed over on the actual performance of the very best Brake masters has.
