I highly recommend Brake Masters on Dyer Street! Bobby, the manager, is always polite, professional, helpful, and very knowledgeable. He takes the time to explain things clearly, answer questions, and make sure you feel confident about the service your vehicle needs.
I trust them enough to bring both of my vehicles here, and having a manager like Bobby makes a big difference. It's refreshing to find a shop where you feel respected, receive honest guidance, and know your concerns are being taken seriously.
Customer service like this is what keeps people coming back. If you're looking for a reliable auto shop with a knowledgeable manager and a team that values its customers, I definitely recommend Brake Masters on Dyer Street. Bobby and his team have earned my trust and continued business!

I was referred to this location, and the work was timely and thorough. He completed the alignment, test-drove, and took it back because he felt it was pulling slightly. Many places would have just let you go without saying anything. Thank you for the attention to detail.

The store experience was better than the phone call
I call asked question regarding a service I was being sent over there to do by discount and the guy was not helpful at all He basically was steering me away from taking car there wanted me to go another time
I went in morning and they were better than the guy the day before described If I wasn't referred and would have gone with the previous guys attitude I would've never gone there
Response from the owner:Thank you! We appreciate any review especially the good ones!!
