I just recently took my car into Brake Masters at Gilbert and Riggs for brake issues. After a very poor and what I felt was a very dishonest experience with Sun Devil Auto. I was very warmly welcomed in by David who spent several minutes talking with me. David immediately put me at ease though I knew my car would need some work he was incredibly helpful and patient with me answering all of my questions very thoroughly and was very honest. It turned out my car did not need several of the items Sun Devil tried to pressure me into. David took the time to explain every repair and even showed me pictures of what needed repaired and invited me out to the shop to see them though I did not feel I needed to do that I felt very comfortable. The estimate was over $2800 which was still considerably less than the competitor and every repair made sense. While I sat in the waiting room, I heard David interacting with other customers just as patiently as he was with me answering all of their questions. I was incredibly impressed with Brake Masters, and they did an outstanding job on my car. Because of that and David I will be back with another vehicle I own at the end of the month.

The most wonderful quality this business has, is they are only providing what is necessary for your vehicle. Went somewhere else that told me I required a whole new brakejob, brought the vehicle here, there was only air in the line, so only required a brake flush. This is an honest bsiness! Since the habub last week my check engine light has been on. I went to another location to have it checked. The guy at the front desk could barely explain the codes and their meaning.
Long story short I stopped by Ryan's store this morning and was greeted by Dave. Dave immediately set me at ease and then I met Ryan. Dave and Ryan are the one-two punch I needed to quickly get to the bottom of my issue. Ryan worked with his techs while Dave and I chewed the fat.
The acumen, friendliness and local touch of having a friend in the neighborhood that I can trust to fix my baby is invaluable. Dave and Ryan are an awesome team and the guys in the back did great!
