Since the habub last week my check engine light has been on. I went to another location to have it checked. The guy at the front desk could barely explain the codes and their meaning.
Long story short I stopped by Ryan's store this morning and was greeted by Dave. Dave immediately set me at ease and then I met Ryan. Dave and Ryan are the one-two punch I needed to quickly get to the bottom of my issue. Ryan worked with his techs while Dave and I chewed the fat.
The acumen, friendliness and local touch of having a friend in the neighborhood that I can trust to fix my baby is invaluable. Dave and Ryan are an awesome team and the guys in the back did great!

I was told I probably had problems with my battery or alternator.
Being from out of state, I was holding my breath for a big bill.
After 45 minutes of testing battery, starter, and alternator...they said the battery was at 81% (fine) and the others were 100%.
They didn't even charge me the $48.00 for checking it out. I was so grateful for their prompt attention and kindness!!

I just had the very best experience I've had in a very long time while getting work done on my car. I had a simple oil change and yet Ryan at this brake Masters on Riggs Road was so fabulous with setting it up when I called ahead.
