Went in by appointment for an oil and filter change plus windshield wiper change. I was consulted about which oil they would use and was given directions to get a coupon which was applied. I was also told of the price for the windshield wipers and they topped off fluids as requested. Fast efficient and courteous. Highly recommend.

Professional Men just willing to help out a Lady in distress.
I had gone to Valvoline to get an oil change and took my car back because I noticed the protective plastic cover was rubbing on the tires leaving a burned rubber smell.
The really young guy said he couldn't fix it and I must have hit something up front. I told him it was tied up to the bumper and they must have untied it. And that I just wanted it to be tied back up so it won't rub on the tires. He said there's nothing he can do.
So I went accross street to Break Masters and 5 minutes later it was fixed! Free Of Cost. This is the difference between Professional Men -vs- Young Guys who don't care about Customers Care relatiins. I BOUGHT COLD BLUE OCEAN LEMONAID FOR ALL THE WORKERS AT BREAK MASTERS 💙
GOOD JOB! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
