I was traveling back to Arizona from Nebraska and my AC compressor in my car went out. I scheduled an early appointment at store #107 in Albuquerque for the next morning. I arrived right after they opened, and they got me in right away. Christian, the store manager, was great. He and his crew got my issue taken care of in quick order, and I was back on the road in a few hours. I appreciate Christian's honesty and keeping me updated on my repair progress. Christian and his crew get my highest rating. If you want honesty and integrity with your auto service center. I would encourage you to contact Christian at store #107.

Showed up at noon for my 12:00 appointment and they me if I was going to wait. I asked how long it was going to take and he said we will get your truck in the bay in about an hour and half. I answered but I have an appointment. His response was that just guarantees that we will get it in before we close. Then he goes on to say when you go to the doctor do they see you right away? My response was yes, because I have an appointment. He argued with my response which was weird and I then called my wife to come pick me up. As soon as I did that my truck was pulled in the bay which had been about 5 minutes not an hour and a half. Bottom line the guy at the counter was a jerk and needs customer service desperately. The work the mechanics provided was very good.

Called late in day, they got me right in for inspection and brake pad installation.They had to wait for pads to get there from their supplier, Otherwise I would have been out sooner. Fixed the noise problem. Price very reasonable.
