Brake Masters did a great job on resolving the issue with the intermittent stalling while driving, of our Buick LeSabre. The fuel pump and fuel regulator were replaced and our vehicle is operating correctly now. There mechanics and service writers are courteous, professional and knowledgeable.

I visited this establishment months ago, I went in for an oil change. While I was here it was identified the oil pan had been damaged from a prior oil change that was performed at Walmart. I hadn't personally heard of this type of damage and believed even if this damage had occurred, it could have been repaired without an oil pan replacement. I later found out this was not true after going to another repair facility within a short distance. The associates were professional and courteous throughout the whole process, more so than I have expected or experienced elsewhere in the past. Even though I didn't get the repairs completed here, I want to thank the company and staff for great service. I have since returned to another Brakeasters location and found the same solid service. Keep up the great work!

Brake Masters was a lifesaver! This was the first time I ever felt like I wasn't getting ripped off having repairs done to my car! After paying for extended warranty and maintenance for my car when I bought it, I was told by the dealer that I needed rear brakes because mine were defective. There was an extended warranty on them but I missed the deadline to have them replaced under warranty by a thousand miles so it was going to cost me $820. I was devastated!! My daughter suggested calling Brake Masters. I am so happy I did! Brake Masters inspected my brakes for free and replaced my defective brakes in less than 2 hours! for less than half of that! I am very happy and pleased with the level of professionalism as well as the warranty and cost of my brakes from Brake Masters #169. I will definitely be returning to Brake Masters for all of the maintenance and repair needs of my car. Thank you!
