Explain my car issues, and showed pictures. Car stopped making weird noises. Was able to fix my car as a walk-in customer. Also gave me a discount for the break fluid.
I was informed that the warranty includes road side assistance ! This is a great store.

I sat in the waging area while like 3 hrs, my van got taken care of with the new belt,Oil change, and looked at several issues. I told him that my air conditioning was going in, and out, and was kind of being weird, and that I thought the belt tensioner might need to be replaced with the belt.. They came back and said the belt tensioner was fine.We just need to replace the belt because that particular belt has to flex a little bit and mine is worn out. And that was also causing the noise. The point is, I thought it was something different.He could have totally taken advantage, but he just recommended and fixed What would make it work right. I'm starting to catch on that. Every shop is owned individually. They are franchises, and this owner cares about fixing things right a good job.

Went in for rotor issues. They went and inspected and gave me a detailed assessment on my issue. Once the green light was given they went right to work and payed a fair price for the service. My brakes/motor are working smoothly without issue.

We’ve taken multiple vehicles to Brake Masters on Southern in Mesa for a couple years now. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable, repairs have almost always been completed the same day. Prices are fair plus there’s usually a package deal that discounts the price further. Something as simple as an oil change is close to half what it would cost at a drive thru joint. Zero complaints. Just seem like honest mechanics who don’t pressure you or take advantage. 10/10
