Warning message displayed on the dash stating that my rear brakes on my BMW needed replaced. I found Brake Masters to be available and well priced to perform the service. While waiting, I noticed a period of time when there was no activity and asked the manager for an update. Instead of giving me some short verbiage, he motioned for me to walk with him into the shop, where he updated me both verbally/visually showing me the rotors being machined prior to replacement on the wheels. This gentleman was a class servant of BM as I observed his connected interactive skills with other customers. He is a real tribute to the company that, along with the brake replacement, I will be returning when the front brakes need replaced.

I’ve been coming here for years. I used to have two older cars that required a lot of work. The guys are always really professional and I do not feel taken advantage of which is nice being a female. They are really professional and don’t push you to get things done that aren’t necessary.

Very very professional and helpful Don is going to help me get my Cadillac front grill and bumper straightened out when I get the part next week and they're very reasonable honest I highly suggest this location they're very accommodating and helpful. Photos of the before they quoted me to fix it.
