The guys were really great, and I feel like they were honest. The only reason I knocked them was because I just spent a really long time there. It took an hour to get my car into a bay, and 3.5 hours total just for brake pads and a little bit of work on my front rotors. I should have brought a book or a portable charger, because my phone died. I'd go back though.

Stopped by today (and it is hotter than hell outside) I thought one of my tires was low so I needed someone to check them for me. The young man who came out, Caleb, was so nice! He was pleasant, he was polite, he told me he was glad that I had stopped by and he was glad that he could help me. I wish I'd had some money with me, I would have tipped him heavily, but I didn't so all I could do was thank him profusely and I will definitely stop by when I can get some work done on my car. Thank you Caleb!.....and just as an extra added, boyfriend had had trouble one night with his motorcycle and whoever was on that night was also very accommodating, he assisted him and we appreciate it no end. Your customer service has made customers out of us, we will be back!

I stopped in after my tire pressure warning light came on and started beeping. From the moment I walked through the door, Ernesto greeted me with a friendly smile, asked how he could help, and immediately reassured me he could take care of it. He promptly guided me to pull into the first bay and handled the issue without hesitation.
Ernesto is easily one of the most cheerful and professional automotive technicians I’ve interacted with in quite some time. He brings a level of calm, friendliness, and efficiency that immediately builds trust.
While today’s visit was for something simple, I would not hesitate to return for more extensive services including brakes, oil changes, tire alignment, A/C maintenance, or anything else my vehicle might need. It’s rare to find someone who makes an otherwise stressful stop feel this straightforward and positive.
