My experience a this place was fine, the two front desk supervisors or managers are past their prime, they should get retrain or replaced with people with enthusiasm to work with costumer service, it seems like them old guys have been doing it for so long, that they get bother for every question they get asked!The establishment has a few outlets to charge your phone, the waiting area has a television, but it is hard to hear it, because them supervisors are to busy watching social media videos and wrestling re-matches loud as F on their phones.As far as the service, I’m happy with the work the mechanic did, brakes don’t squeak and the job looks clean and professional. If you have the money to spend and want a fast service, this is the place, place is not cheap but it’s not as expensive as Pep-Boys.
