Great experience at Brake Masters! I was waiting and Steve, one of the mechanics, noticed and stepped in to help — he went and grabbed a service writer for me right away. Steve ended up being the one who worked on my truck, and he was polite, honest, and clearly knew what he was doing. It's rare to find someone who goes out of their way like that. I'd definitely recommend Steve and the rest of the team to any of my friends and family. Thanks again, Steve!

You should check this place out they are honest upfront and have fair pricing . They dont try and sell you on things you dont need. In these times this is the kind of place we needed in the neighborhood. totaly unlike Big dissapointment a block away

6/22/26: I came in at 715am for a synthetic oil change, previously scheduled for 730. Brought the crew working that morning a grip load of fresh donuts, just cuz. The boys, from the front desk man (Nico or Rico)to my tech Damian, working the bays, got working on my 2025 bronco sport badlands immediately. They ALL took great pride in the work that was being completed. They answered any questions I had for them. The guys made good, natural flowing conversation, we laughed a bit, they even showed me my dirty airfilter and told me that if I picked one up across the street at the Surprise Ford service department, I could zip my whip back to the shop and they would replace the new one for me. They sure did. This is my second oil change I have gotten here, and this place is my go to spot moving forward. I wouldn't get my oil changed or have any service completed at any Firestone or the Ford Service/Scam department. Thank you to the entire team at Brake Masters on Waddell/Cotton. Sorry for not remembering everybody's name, but you guys know who I am. Keep flexing on, brothers!!

I have taken 3 of my cars to this place and have nothing but good things to say about them. They got rid of the check engine light on my jeep that I had taken to 2 other mechanic shops and the dealership twice. Dealership told me it was a glitch to just shut it off and back on. The light has not returned once they changed my shifter's bezel and wiring harness. They fixed my cracked fuel pump. They repaired the a/c in my Hyundai and it's blowing cold air. They have great customer service and are fast at getting your car back to you.
