I had a minor situation this morning with my front driver side tire. I had no appointment and just walked into Brake Masters #243 on Waddell. Corbin greeted me and listened to my concern, and wasted no time talking to his staff about trying to help me out. A few minutes later him and two of his colleagues came out to analyze the situation and they took care of it in less than 10 minutes. I was in desperate need because I needed to drive myself to the airport and the tire was a bit of a hazard. I was never a customer of Brake Masters or been to a shop but after their kindness and willingness to help me out last minute, I will definitely bring them my business in the future for any of my needs that they service. Amazing experience and wonderful staff who didnt turn me away because I didnt have an appointment. Thank you to Corbin and all of his team.

Got an oil change there and they were quick and the customer service was awesome. They made me aware of something that i need to keep an eye on, but didn’t push unnecessary things. The only reason it isn’t 5 stars is because of a quote I got… I got quoted $430.00 for a battery removal and install. I have never heard of a place charging that much. Still overall a great experience with them, but probably won’t be doing any big things besides the oil change honestly. Oil change was reasonably priced, but the battery was insane. The place I actually got it replaced at was only $257.

I rarely leave Google reviews, but I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude. As an Arizona native, I've been to several Brake Masters locations throughout the Phoenix area, and this location has consistently been the best.
Cassie and the staff always provide excellent customer service. They offer fair pricing and treat every customer with kindness and respect. Even when the front office gets busy, they remain patient, friendly, and understanding. It's hard to find that level of service these days, and it's the reason I continue coming back. I highly recommend this location!

I towed my girlfriend’s car over to replace alternator around 8:40am. I laid down back home and planned on resting before work. I received a phone call at 10 AM and they said my girlfriend‘s car was ready to go. Made the whole day go smooth.
