Dropped our Murano (55K mi) of on Thurs. night. Talked to Frank for a brake inspection and an alignment. Frank called me at home and said the rears need pads, but the fronts have plenty left. they called Friday AM @ 9:15 and said it was done. 3 yr. alignment package & brakes for under the cost of a car payment!
Nissan was $499.00 for brakes alone. Nuff said!

Had my oil change done at Brake Masters. Got me right in at my appointment time. They told me I needed a inside cabin air filter, showed me how dirty it was. So they weren't trying to sell me something I didn't need. I even got a free tire rotation. They were friendly, polite but yet still professional.

I had a minor situation this morning with my front driver side tire. I had no appointment and just walked into Brake Masters #243 on Waddell. Corbin greeted me and listened to my concern, and wasted no time talking to his staff about trying to help me out. A few minutes later him and two of his colleagues came out to analyze the situation and they took care of it in less than 10 minutes. I was in desperate need because I needed to drive myself to the airport and the tire was a bit of a hazard. I was never a customer of Brake Masters or been to a shop but after their kindness and willingness to help me out last minute, I will definitely bring them my business in the future for any of my needs that they service. Amazing experience and wonderful staff who didnt turn me away because I didnt have an appointment. Thank you to Corbin and all of his team.

Got an oil change there and they were quick and the customer service was awesome. They made me aware of something that i need to keep an eye on, but didn’t push unnecessary things. The only reason it isn’t 5 stars is because of a quote I got… I got quoted $430.00 for a battery removal and install. I have never heard of a place charging that much. Still overall a great experience with them, but probably won’t be doing any big things besides the oil change honestly. Oil change was reasonably priced, but the battery was insane. The place I actually got it replaced at was only $257.
