After an issue checking in for our appointment, we decided to take our business elsewhere. Within a few minutes, Damian called me to apologize for the issue. He listened to what I had to say and offered to make it right. We took our vehicle back and he was friendly, efficient and kind. HE earned our business.

I have been going to this location since the grand opening since 2024 they have been providing oil change tire rotation service. My first issue was last year in 2025 they pulled me out into the garage and did that whole air filter thing I didn’t need air filters, but I saw that the air filter area was dirty so I told him that they could vacuum out the air filter housing I’ll buy the air filter was told no problem. I left Car was running weird and funny. I popped open the hood.They left the air filter cover open new air filter in un vacuum, dirty housing so I took it back in and new screw was installed over tightened making cover not properly tight later broke the screw bracket to oil changes later they addressed and somewhat fixed the issue not sure how then February 8 2026 I started changing brake pads on my car no issue changing out my front brake pads I go to remove rear tires I have a seized cross threaded lug nut I took it in Feb 10th and told them of issue that I was not able to get off. They quoted me a price of $235 for an issue that was not caused by me. right now, I’m frustrated and I am not happy and looking for different places I want corrective customer service. Currently Im pissed and want this properly addressed and fixed. They have done the last six oil changes my mom‘s oil change my stepdad‘s oil change I’ve been referring friends 🤷‍♂️ please make this right
UPDATE …
Was contacted by new manager at brake Masters mid April came in they’re offering to correcting the issue fix stud and nut. I am gratefully appreciative and grateful for this is the proper customer service. Currently at McDonald’s enjoying some fries.

I came to Brake Masters after getting new tires because my previous set wore unevenly. They got my car aligned properly, and it now drives amazing. The team was very informative, efficient, and made the whole process easy.

A few weeks later I brought my partner’s car in right when they opened at 7:30. I was planning to lyft home as I started work at 9am, but they got the car in immediately and reassured me it would be done in time. Super solid service!
