My visits (6+) to this shop have always been positive and productive. I found the scheduling and access very convenient, the diagnosis and repairs thoroughly professional, and the staff to be friendly, helpful and accommodating.
During my wait times (very reasonable in length) I observed and marveled at the staff's ability to politely and patiently deal with unknowledgeable and overly demanding customers.

Eric, Johnny, and Randy were wonderful! They were very professional and clear when explaining what work my car needed beyond an oil change and were able to help me find the most cost effective solution. They also were able to provide me with a ride to and from my house while so I didn't have to wait there for the hours they were working on my car. Would highly recommend coming to this Brake Master location!

The other day, I went in as an overwhelmed customer due to receiving the run around all week for broken studs, from another vendor, but once I spoke to Eric, he understood the situation and with his positive attitude, he ensured I would be taken care of. Eric went above and beyond to get my situation resolved while also receiving the run around from the vendor, but in the end, he got everything squared away. Eric was professional and optimistic throughout the process and kept me informed on next steps. Eric and the staff at store (#244) were very helpful and professional. I would totally recommend them as they were understanding, super helpful and most importantly, honest. Thanks Eric E. and staff.
