It was great to get my oil changed and tires rotated while I completed a workout next door at EOS! It was so convenient! The staff at Brake Masters were so attentive and did not try to sell me anything I didn't need.

Would not take my vehicles to any other shop but here. Mechanics are highly skilled and get the job done right!!! They are five star mechanics for sure. Unfortunately i gave them a 4 star simply cause the ball cap wearing service guy at the front desk just had an attitude and was real snobby!!!!

I have been having my vehicle serviced at Brake Masters now for about one year. Prior to being recommended I dealt solely with the dealership. When I learned that Brake Masters offered complete car care service I decided to at least give them a try.
I have never been more satisfied and extremely happy that I did. I will not have my Ford Explorer serviced any where else now. Each time I have taken my vehicle to them my experience has been a very good one. This has been regardless of what personnel change there may have been.
I am extremely happy with my last visit at Brake Masters on August 20, 2026. I cannot reframe from giving the highest thanks and recognition to the Assistant Manager, Mr. Michael Gruentel. His knowledge, kindness and, personal concern for me as a customer in getting my vehicle repaired as reasonably and quickly as he could made a lasting and pleasant impression on me. He is truly an asset to the company. I am sure that he is valued as such.
Because of all of my experiences with Brake Masters (especially this last one with Mr. Michael Gruentel) I am determined to use them for any and all repairs I may need in the future. As I have been doing since first being recommended to them, I will continue to strongly recommend relatives, friends, and anyone I know that need their vehicle repaired to Brake Masters.

The waiting area was clean and there was always someone at the office for questions. Was able to get right in and was finished in a couple of hours. I need a new brakes and front drums on the truck because I tow all the time. Resurfacing the drum wasn't available so I had to get new drums which probably is the best thing for the truck after 200,000 miles.
