Horrible customer service today, Erik was rude and unprofessional. I get my vehicle needed a few things, but to tell a customer, it’s not their vehicle and they can careless if I buy are not, is completely unacceptable. I will never be back here again.. if I could give negative stars I would. Bad business.

I came in and asked for the manager Anthony who I’ve built relationship with, only to find out he no longer works there. This is now the 4th or 5th manager at this location. I’m starting to wonder if the people who run this company do not have their priorities in check. How are customers supposed to feel comfortable with a business that continues to change their staff monthly. I will be taking my 4 vehicles elsewhere.

DON'T CHANGE YOUR OIL AT THIS PLACE, LOW QUALITY SYNTHETIC OIL. MY CAR MAKES A LOT OF NOISE DO TO THE POOR LUBRICATION ON THE 2TH DAY THAT IT WAS DONE . WITH THIS LAS VEGAS WEATHER AT 100 C . I NEED MY MONEY BACK.

OK ya'll, this is THE spot!! The employees were super kind and knowledgeable. Their waiting room has incredibly comfortable chairs, AND warranties out the Ying yang!! I got all my work done there, and a week later I hit a curb and needed a realignment. FREE!! I get all my work done here. I highly recommend!!
