like their prices and their work BUT, EVERY SINGLE TIME I bring my car they return it disgustingly dirty. As someone who takes great care of her car this is so upsetting. Dirty finger prints all over steering wheel, doors, and seats. Over the weekend I brought my car in for an oil change and it was returned covered in dust inside. I NEVER pull my windows down because I hate dust on my screens. Also there was no reason for doors or windows pulled down for an oil change???? I see no explanation for all the dust. Please work on cleanliness. I get you guys work with cars all day and are dirty, but I don’t understand how passing a rag at the end of working on the vehicle a huge inconvenience.

I heard a noise so I thought I’d stop in to see what was wrong. They took my car in and the problem was something that had happened at the dealership. No charge or pressure. They were polite and if the dealership gives me a problem with the repair I will go back to Brake Master to have it done.
