Took my vehicle at the Gilbert and Riggs location and what a great experience overall! Met with Rocky I believe he was the service Manager. Very pleased with him very knowledgeable. He never once pushed to sell me anything. He told me what my vehicle needed and a great price. I had taken my vehicle to another place where they quoted over a thousand dollars and I wanted to get a second opinion and glad I did. Rocky explained what his mechanics found versus the quote I came in with, and he said that the other parts weren’t necessary It’s nice to know that they’re still honest Mechanic Shop’s out there. I will highly recommend them and we’ll always deal with Rocky, And his employees! Thank you you guys thank you break Masters!

Ryan and the team at Brake Masters #249 have worked diligently to get my Ford Escape in tiptop shape and have gone above and beyond what I expected. This visit Ryan found that I needed new struts and I said I would wait since I was short on $$s. He called around and found a lower price so I have new struts and a much smoother ride! They are great guys and I have found them to be totally reliable always. 👍

Upon entering, David was super friendly and very helpful. I needed brakes.... badly. I had an appointment which help speed the process up. They were able to inspect, change my brakes, resurface rotors and do a brake fluid flush in a little over an hour. Amazing. The mechanics I met were also very friendly and knowledgeable. They did not try to sell me things I didnt need and gave me a.great deal on the things I did. Highly recommend!!!

Brake Masters on Riggs road is our go-to place anytime we need work done on our vehicles. Dave and his team are outstanding. I came in this morning without an appointment, I wanted to get an oil change and my car was acting strange while starting. They did my oil change and tested my battery and alternator. Turns out my battery was bad. They changed it out. And I was on my way within an hour. Plus he offered me a coupon as well. I appreciate them taking me in, and having the time to do that since I didn't have an appointment. I will go back there again for any other services I need on my vehicle. They are trustworthy and honest. And that's hard to come by. Thank you Dave and your team!!

Went for an alignment on my 2024 F150 4x4. They have a special on 4 wheel alignments for $109, which is a great deal! They got me right in and only took about 45min. Friendly and helpful staff
