The people at Brake Masters were welcoming. It was my first time going there for Brake pads. Unfortunately, my front rotors were fractured & needed to be replaced, which got me worried about the total cost. Even though I had to pay more than I wanted to, I knew it had to be done. I will definitely go there for my next oil change because of their honesty.

My brakes were in pretty bad shape. I had been putting off having them repaired because of because of the cost I was expecting. I finally broke down and decided to fix them because I was getting ready for a long road trip. Well, long story short, I was very pleasantly surprised. The place was clean.The people were very nice and the job was completed in a very short time considering what all needed to be done. And best of all the cost of the repair was very reasonable.

Brake Masters in Lake Havasu City, AZ has been my go to shop when my 3500 Ram dually needs brakes. They use quality parts and prices are reasonable. I just recently, March 2024, had my front brakes replaced with new pads and calipers. Steven Kennicott was knowledgeable and helpful in what my truck needed and scheduled the work to be done. The truck drives straight and stops without pulling to one side or the other. Great job Brake Masters in Havasu.

My daughter’s BMW X5 needed rear brakes. We had a quote from a dealer, a local speciality shop and brake masters, what I don’t understand is why are the dealer and speciality shop 3 X5 the price as Brake Masters? The Lake Havasu City branch was amazing with the service and prices. Steven the Assistant Manager was very courteous and communicated well through the process. My daughter’s vehicle is newer and needed a download which Brake Masters fully communicated after looking at her vehicle. We ended up leaving over night for the download to take place but they were on top of the replacement the very next day. They also offered CarCare credit which offers 0 interest for 6 months which was perfect for my daughter as she is a single mother of two with a single income. I will be returning with my vehicle as needed. Thank you Steven and the staff at Brake Masters Lake Havasu.
